1) The “Win an iPad 2” promotion runs between the 22nd of August 2011 and the 30th of September 2011, and is open to all customers who make a purchase at any Waynes World store during the promotion period.

2) One winner will be electronically drawn on Monday the 3rd of October 2011 to WIN an IPad 2.

3) Using this online form, enter your contact details, name, email, store name and the last 5 digits of your receipt number before the promotion end date to go into the draw to win an iPad 2, 32Gb with WIFI, recommended retail value of $688.

4) Only one entry is permitted per email address.

5) All valid entries have an equal chance of winning.

6) Employees and immediate family of the Promoter or agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the Promotion. “Immediate family” means spouse, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live in the same household as the employee.

7) Prize is as stated and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

8) Invoice numbers entered will be verified against electronic journal of transactions for stated store. Invoice number and store must match a transaction made in the store during the promotion period.

9) Winner may be required to present invoice for verification. Please keep a copy of the invoice used to enter this promotion.

10) The draw will take place at AM2 Pty Ltd, 23 Repton St, Pullenvale, Queensland on Monday 03/10/11 at 11am.

11) The winner will be electronically selected and notified by telephone and email.

12) All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner using the contact details provided at the time of entry for three months following the draw date.

13) If prize is unclaimed, a redraw will be conducted three months after the original draw date at 11am and a new winner will be selected and notified.

14) The winner’s first name and store will be published on this website for one month after the promotion period.
